Well Seasoned

My inspiration comes from working for many of the great chefs in Metro Detroit like Chef Jared Bobkin at the Monarch Club, Executive Pastry Chef Theresa Summer at Joe Muir Seafood, currently under Executive Chef Bobby Nahra at Encore Catering, who is regularly featured on Fox 2 Detroit, or assisting Chef Hassan Musselmani on his Drunken Rooster Food Truck. I thank them for sharing their wisdom, allowing me to gain quality experience, and most importantly, how to take the heat in the kitchen.
